Editor’s Note: Brad Taylor of Greenville, Mississippi is the president of the Magnolia Crappie Club and a B’n’M pro staffer. Oxbow lakes are a mainstay of Taylor’s crappie fishing, both during Club tournaments and when he’s testing the latest rod designs for B’n’M. He’s been fishing oxbows his whole life and looks forward to winter time when oxbow lakes along the Mississippi River provide some of the best crappie fishing action in the entire state.
