Rod tip came off on first fish caught

Bought three of the BW crappie rods . Two out of the three I lost the rod tip ( along with the hook,line and fish) on the very first fish caught .Can’t seem to locate any new rod tips that I can install correctly. Check your rod tips prior to use !!!!
