Besides the fact that these rods are top tier

Besides the fact that these rods are top tier. The customer service is as well. I met a guide who uses them and after talking to him and watching his videos I bought a bnm. First was a Sam’s super sensitive. Then the sharp shooter. And then my favorite the tcb. I have used the black diamond series as well. I broke a tip on one of my tcb rods and Chris helped me out big time. So thank you crappie kirby for showing me these rods. And thank you Bnm !!

After purchasing a rod tip

After purchasing a rod tip, I discovered it was broken during shipment. However, the customer service representative was professional, helpful, and quickly resolved the issue

Great customer service team and quick shipping to get back on the water and not have to miss a weekend

leland's tip

The service I received from Brooms n Mops was beyond expected. The tip arrived earlier than planned, it was packaged such that it was NOT going to be damaged. A great relief for any future orders. Everything was A1
