In my previous review had just received 1 rod hadn't even used . Was impressed with wrapping and cork...I now own 3 12' rods and love them . While crappie fishing my wife pulled up about a 8lb catfish and before I could the words outta my mouth she grab mid rod with one hand and the butt with other swung over two rods into boat :-( did not break...on here now ordering couple 14' saw my previous review and didn't do justice... wish I had a picture of the catfish but these two slabs will do .Well made B N M..

Hve used this rod 3 times from my Kayak. I have enjoyed reaching the cover without having to post the kayak in the mess. The Rod is very sensitive to the bite. Tha action is great and handles the fish when pulling out of the cover. I have yet to feel as though the rod is stressed when pulling the fish out of cover.
Love this rod!! It has everything it takes to get in the big crappie, had two a few years back and had to get at least one to see if I was crazy, turns out I wasn't. Fished a few days with this pole know and missing fewer bites and landing more fish. I am a tournament crappie fisherman so I know what I'm taking about. I think good things are to come this year with this pole back in my arsenal. B AND M has always provided great service for me over the years and I do appreciate the way they conduct business
A couple of truths. I have two of your 8-ft spinning rods which I love. I do have four ACC sticks one of which is a 12-footer so I want to match it up with another for trolling crappie. I did look at ACC but I thought I'm going to look at B&M real quick salty Duck Commander 12 ft price was very likable and agreeable with the wife budget in ordered it, received it promptly and for the price I was well pleased with the quality on the ramps in the cork handle where you can actually put your finger on the rod blank sweet. True haven't used it yet but I feel the hair starting to get a little fuzzy on the back of my neck summer ending soon hopefully get to wear them out and compare the stick side beside. But in my opinion already worth the money. Thank you
